Lead at Home. Lead at Work. No More Trade-offs.

Most men were never taught how to be a great father AND a high performer. Society says pick one. REBL DAD says different.

Featuring real stories and hard-won lessons from 100+ fathers; entrepreneurs, executives, and everyday dads, this book reveals the mindset shifts, daily practices, and leadership strategies that let you show up fully for your family without sacrificing your ambition. With a foreword by Sir Richard Branson, it's the blueprint modern fathers have been waiting for.

"This Dadpreneur gathering is really valuable- How are you going to help more dads?"

That's the challenge Sir Richard Branson posed to us in person in 2024.  A year later we came back to him and said we would write a book for dads everywhere, to learn from our peers about what was working in modern fatherhood.

Real people.  Real stories.  Real growth.

One question changes everything

What are my peers doing that I can try?

If there is anything we've learned in this journey, it's that we are not alone in our challenges and fears around being the best father we can be.  But where do we start?

We designed this book for ourselves - asked 'what collection of wisdom we would have referenced to make a marginal impact on our own father journeys?'.  Little did we realize how much we would learn from friends and strangers alike.

Your turn.

No one teaches you how to be a father.

So we interviewed fathers from all walks of life—entrepreneurs, athletes, coaches, executives, and everyday dads—to capture their real-life stories and the leadership hacks that actually work. The result is a playbook for making incremental, intentional steps toward becoming the father your family needs.

Master the 7 Pillars of REBL Dads

Intentional presence isn't about the quantity of time, but the quality of focus. My kids don't need my shadow; they need my eyes.

— Tech Executive & Father of 3

Legacy is built in the small moments—the shared experiences and the quiet conversations when the world stops for a second.

— Athlete & Lead Dad

Identity and integrity are the anchors. When my actions align with my values at home, my performance at work naturally follows.

— Creative Director & Mentor

This isn't random advice,
it's a proven path:

  1. Intentional Presence

  2. Bonding through Shared Experiences

  3. Creating Trusted Space

  4. Learning Through Exposure

  5. Act Now, Not Later

  6. Identity & Integrity

  7. Legacy

This is how you go from reactive → intentional → legacy-driven.

You’re not the only one feeling this.

Over 100 fathers—from entrepreneurs to athletes to leaders—shared their struggles, failures, and breakthroughs. We designed this book because we care deeply, but we didn’t always feel equipped.

“We care deeply… but we don’t feel equipped.”

This isn't about being a perfect dad. It's about becoming a more intentional one.

→ No guilt. → No unrealistic standards. → Just real perspectives you can choose to apply immediately.
