I came on this trip with very little in the way of expectations — I knew it would be amazing, and then from the moment we got on the island, it was just amazing. The island itself is absolutely beautiful, the animals, the buildings, incredible. And then to be around Sir Richard Branson — he's not just here for a moment, he's here all the time, part of every meal. There have been multiple times I've looked up and he's sitting right across the table from me. There's so much to learn from him, and yet he asks so many questions to learn from us too — so inquisitive, so caring.

But then there's the quality of the guys who are here. Obviously anyone who comes to something like this is a good person — wanting to be a better man, a better dad, running their business better. Lots of people with not just great ideas, but people actually doing them. You could easily say this is just a vacation, but it's not. You leave becoming a better man — with actual things to implement into my family and my life. It's been an incredible experience.
