We're the Browns — I'm Fritz Brown and this is my brother Bob Brown. We want to thank Adam and Derek for inviting us to this beautiful place, Necker Island. What can you say? This is an unbelievable place. We really want to thank Richard for hosting this great event.

We're excited and energized, and we've really enjoyed this whole week meeting forty guys with similar experiences — all trying to be better businessmen, entrepreneurs, and better fathers. We're learning techniques for being a little more deliberate, a little more in the moment, and focusing on the things that really drive us forward and matter most in life and in business. For me, that always comes back to family and how to be a better dad.

What a wonderful time we've had — great experience, and we've made lifelong friends here. It means a lot to learn what other people are doing, to pick up new techniques, and to remember that our children mean so much. We're better people now. I really enjoyed hearing about building a hundred-year legacy — that really touched me, because that's exactly what we're trying to do within our own business.
