The time spent over the last four days has been invaluable. Some of the people I've met, the stories I've heard, getting together and hearing the struggles other fathers like myself have had over the years — and are currently having — as we raise children and make difficult decisions about how we spend our time and balance our relationships day to day. I've learned a lot.

I have pages of notes from these four days, and I'm already thinking about things I can incorporate both with my kids and my wife at home, and in my business day to day — how I show up for people, and passing on some of what I've learned to the people who work for me. All in all, it's been a tremendous experience, and I'm very grateful for the last four days.
