One of the things I've learned from being at this gathering is that there are so many people dealing with the same issues I am, as a father and a business leader — and it's okay to ask for help, because a lot of the people here have dealt with those issues before and have real insight to bring. You don't have to do it alone.

It's so hard, being viewed as a leader in your organization and your family, to ask for that help. But the reality is, you don't have to do it alone — there's a very strong community of people willing and able to help you work through those issues. You can rely on them. It's been a fantastic experience so far.
