Full Reflection
My experience at REBL Dads — this is my second year — and it's a unique concept. The first thing that makes this special is that Necker Island is above a five-star resort, if you can believe that; it's a six-star resort. What that allows you to do is come and really recharge, and forget about everything going on back at your business and back at home. All your concerns just melt away — that's really special, and something I've never been able to duplicate in all my years, being surrounded by peers and a group of like-minded people.
Both years I've taken away action items that have helped me become a better father, a better husband, and a better business leader — and better about focusing on what's important and taking care of myself.
