I am super grateful for the opportunity to be part of this great event at Necker Island, and it's had an effect beyond what I could have imagined. I'm excited to start implementing many of these principles to be a better dad, a better father at home, a better husband, and equally important, a better leader — showing up for the stakeholders who help our organization every day.

At the end of the day, I'm going to strive to be a better father while taking everything I've learned to be a better leader — and to me, that's a win-win. It made for a great few days and a great opportunity. If you're thinking about how to be a better dad, how to create special moments with your kids and your spouse, this event is for you. And if you're a leader in an organization with stakeholders, this is the place for you too — family life and work life are intertwined, and both get addressed here. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to better themselves in both regards.
