Mark Hedderman on the brotherhood he built in just four days at REBL Dads' Necker Island Gathering.

Full Reflection

I'm absolutely delighted and so appreciative to Adam and Derek for their friendship, and many thanks to Richard, who's been a phenomenal host, along with his whole team. It genuinely felt like a family reunion.

My biggest takeaway is: be open to new experiences, be open to meeting new people, and never shut yourself off from the potential of making new friends. I feel like I've earned new brothers over the last few days — like I've known these people for a lifetime. Honestly, I'd be there for them and their families if anything was needed. I'd go to war for any of the people I've met on this island, Richard included, and the whole team here — top-class individuals.

It's been such a pleasure and an honor to be involved, and I know from my own personal growth that this is going to be something I remember for a lifetime. Love, empathy, and care are in short supply out in the world — and my god, did I feel that here for the last four days. I couldn't be more appreciative. So thrilled.
