I've never seen this level of thoughtful communication happening among a group of people — some of whom, in some cases, met for the first time just last year. The message to take away is that we shouldn't only bring this level of communication into mastermind sessions here — we should deploy it when we're with our colleagues and with our families. It's cliche, but communication really is key, and that's the biggest takeaway for me.
