Tim White on learning from peers' struggles and triumphs on Necker Island.

Full Reflection

Amazing few days here on Necker Island. I feel really honored to be around such inspiring leaders, entrepreneurs, and fathers. It's a unique opportunity to learn from your peers through their own struggles and triumphs, and take those nuggets of learning not just to inspire your team, but to create a better dynamic at home too.

One thing that really stood out was the reminder that we need to be role models. The sessions were really well designed — breaking out into small groups was such an intimate way to get to know each other, share stories, and hear different approaches to everyday life. On top of that, the activities were just so much fun — it's really those side conversations on the pickleball court, on a hike, on a bike ride, or just sitting there playing a game of chess. So unique.
